Booking and Reservations
– Advance Booking: We recommend that all reservations be made at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability.

– Cancellations: Cancellations made 12 hours prior to the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
1. Passenger Responsibilities
– Punctuality: Passengers are required to arrive at the pickup point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
– Seatbelt Use: For your safety, wearing a seatbelt is mandatory at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
– Luggage: Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage and one carry-on. Oversized luggage or additional items may incur extra charges.
– Personal Belongings: Please ensure you have all your belongings when leaving the van. We are not responsible for any lost or forgotten items.
2. Payment and Pricing
– Fare Payment: Payment must be completed before the journey begins, either online or in cash directly to the driver.
– Additional Fees: Extra charges may apply for extended waiting times, additional stops, or special requests.
– Receipts: A receipt will be provided upon request for all payments made.
3. Health and Safety
– COVID-19 Precautions:** In compliance with health regulations, all passengers are required to wear face masks during the journey. Hand sanitizers are available onboard for your use.
– Safety First:** The driver reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who appear to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or pose a safety risk to others.
– Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency, please remain calm and follow the driver’s instructions. Emergency exits are clearly marked.
4. Delays and Service Interruptions
– Unexpected Delays: We strive to provide timely service, but in case of unforeseen delays (e.g., traffic, weather), we will inform you as soon as possible.
– Breakdowns: In the rare event of a vehicle breakdown, alternative transport will be arranged at no additional cost.
5. Customer Conduct
– Respectful Behavior: We expect all passengers to behave respectfully towards the driver and fellow passengers. Offensive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and the driver reserves the right to terminate the service without a refund in such cases.
– No Smoking or Alcohol: Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
6. Lost and Found
– Any lost items found in the van will be kept for 30 days. To reclaim your items, please contact our customer service team. Proof of ownership may be required.
7. Liability
– While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, the company is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising during the journey unless caused by negligence on our part.
